ACT Victims Register


The ACT Victims Register consists of three different registers which includes the Adult Offender Register, Youth Justice Register and Affected Persons Register. The ACT Victims Registers are administered by Victim Support ACT. Joining the register means that an eligible victim can be told information about the management of the offenders’ sentence, and in some cases, about the mental health treatment of a forensic patient.
